The Synergy Score is MTTS's behavior-based team evaluation system that measures how you win, not just whether you win. After every game, teams receive a score based on five core categories that define elite culture and high-level execution.
Coaches and evaluators track these behaviors in real time to capture a team's leadership, unity, adaptability, and discipline under pressure. The Synergy Score is used for seeding/tiebreakers when needed, drives the Synergy Score Championship, and identifies teams that demonstrate a true "We Culture" throughout the circuit.
For athletes, the Synergy Score highlights the traits that don't always show up in the box score—but win games and earn trust. Each player is evaluated on the same five culture pillars to measure how consistently they impact the team through leadership, smart decisions, energy plays, and response to adversity.
