FAQ

General Overview

Unlike standard leagues that focus solely on wins and losses, More Than The Score introduces a dual champion format that values both competitive success and team synergy. Coaches and athletes are evaluated on skills, teamwork, communication, and leadership, creating a full development experience.

The dual format ensures that teams who may not win every game but consistently show high-level teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship are still recognized. It balances competition with growth, rewarding both performance and process.

Teams receive a Synergy Heat Map report, highlighting behaviors like communication, effort, leadership, and collaboration. This allows coaches to pinpoint strengths and growth areas, while athletes learn to value their role in overall team chemistry.

Yes. The circuit welcomes AAU, club, school-based, and independent teams across the specified divisions.

We provide a structured competition environment alongside workshops, synergy evaluations, and feedback tools. This allows teams to compete hard while walking away with tools to improve both on and off the court.
