Who Built MTTS & Why

I2We Synergy was built by coaches and basketball professionals who recognized that traditional evaluation systems miss what truly matters: leadership, teamwork, and the intangibles that create winning cultures. Our mission is to help players develop from individuals into synergy leaders who elevate their teams.
