More Than The Score (MTTS) is the next evolution of Gym Time Hoops, a program established over 20 years ago that has helped develop generations of players and teams. Over two decades, Gym Time Hoops has built a proven track record of athletes who advanced to college basketball, pursued professional opportunities, and became successful career professionals beyond the game.
MTTS emerges from that legacy with a bigger mission: to advance the agenda of youth development by raising the standard of what "success" looks like. It's not only about wins—it's about producing athletes who lead, think the game, and build winning culture. With the Synergy Score and I TO WE evaluation system, MTTS rewards the habits and behaviors that translate to the next level: teamwork, IQ, discipline, and unity.
Just as important, MTTS is powered by a strong alumni base built over the years—former Gym Time Hoops players, coaches, and supporters who represent the impact of the program and help strengthen the pathway for the next generation.
